Returns
Due to the personalised nature of the browbands returns are only accepted if the browband arrives damaged or is faulty.
If this occurs you must notify myself immediately via email and the browband must not be tried on. The browband can be returned for free repair and only the cost of return postage will be refunded.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of reciept of the returned browband.
A Proof of postage receipt is required to qualify for a postage refund.
